Dr. Jose Clay-Flores is a pediatrician with over 20 years of experience in general pediatrics, pediatric urgent care, and special needs pediatrics — including extensive work in autism care. He earned his medical degree and completed his pediatric residency at Rutgers Medical School in Newark, New Jersey, following a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Clay-Flores is deeply committed to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care to children and families from diverse backgrounds. He has led multiple autism diagnostic programs across Texas and Oklahoma, serving as founder and director of several specialized clinics dedicated to early diagnosis and developmental evaluations.
Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Clay-Flores enjoys traveling with his wife to support their children in competitive tennis tournaments. He is also a creative storyteller and illustrator of children’s books.

Dr. Amy Holland is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 30 years of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with developmental, behavioral, and mental health conditions. She completed her Adult Psychiatry residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Emory University.
Dr. Holland has specialized training in Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities through the Emory Autism Center and Marcus Autism Center. She has extensive experience evaluating and treating ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder, and other behavioral health conditions.
She remains committed to evidence-based care and regularly participates in advanced psychopharmacology education to stay current with the latest treatment options.
Families appreciate Dr. Holland’s compassionate, individualized approach and her extensive experience working with children and adolescents with complex developmental and behavioral health needs. She is committed to partnering with families to develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term success and improved quality of life.

Whittney Thomas is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of behavioral and mental health conditions. She specializes in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning for children and teens.
Whittney earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global and has worked in multiple psychiatric hospital settings, including caring for adolescents and individuals with developmental disabilities. She is experienced in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges.
As an ADOS-trained evaluator, Whittney brings experience in both autism evaluation and ongoing mental health treatment. She is committed to providing compassionate, family-centered care that helps children and teens thrive at home, school, and in their communities.
At AnchorPoint Pediatrics, Whittney provides psychiatric evaluations, Autism testing, medication management, and behavioral health services for children and adolescents ages 16 months through 18 years.

She brings this insight into every evaluation, offering thoughtful, evidence-based assessments tailored to children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences.
Known for her professionalism, warmth, and clinical excellence, Meagan approaches every case with a whole-child mindset. She partners closely with families to create individualized care plans that nurture each child’s strengths, support their development, and help them thrive in their own unique way.
