We created Anchor Point Pediatrics to bridge the gap in timely, accessible autism evaluations for children between the ages of 16 months to 10 years old. Whether in-person at our welcoming San Antonio location or through secure telehealth visits across Texas, our goal is to meet families where they are — and move them forward with confidence. SELF Pay
Our self pay rate for comprehansive autism evaluation is $450/visit, with a total of 4 visits required to complete the full evaluation process.
Income-Based Discount Program
At AnchorPoint Pediatrics, we believe every child deserves access to high-quality developmental and autism evaluations — regardless of family income.
To help make our services more affordable, we offer an Income-Based Discount Program for qualifying families.
Maximum Support
Families with income below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) or with Medicaid/CHIP coverage
Essential Support
Families with income between 300%-400% of FPL or who demonstrate financial hardship

We currently evaluate children between the ages of 16months to 10years old.
Our evaluation is a 4-step process completed over several visits:
Visit 1: Parent interview & developmental history
Visit 2: Milestone and behavior observation
Visit 3: Standardized testing (e.g. ADOS)
Visit 4: Feedback session with diagnosis and next steps You’ll receive a comprehensive written report and recommendations at the end.
We are currently self-pay only while our insurance network participation is pending. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Yes! We offer both in-person and telehealth evaluations for families anywhere in Texas.
Most families complete the evaluation process within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on scheduling
