We currently evaluate children between the ages of 16months to 10years old.

Our evaluation is a 4-step process completed over several visits:

Visit 1: Parent interview & developmental history

Visit 2: Milestone and behavior observation

Visit 3: Standardized testing (e.g. ADOS)

Visit 4: Feedback session with diagnosis and next steps You’ll receive a comprehensive written report and recommendations at the end.

We are currently self-pay only while our insurance network participation is pending. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Our comprehensive 4-visit autism evaluation is currently offered at a flat rate of $450/visit This includes all sessions, diagnostic testing, and a final report.

Yes! We offer both in-person and telehealth evaluations for families anywhere in Texas.

Most families complete the evaluation process within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on scheduling availability and family preference.

While a referral isn’t required for evaluations, some insurance plans may require one. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help check your insurance or speak with your pediatrician.

Yes. At the conclusion of the process, you’ll receive a formal written evaluation report that includes any diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and referrals for services like ABA, speech therapy, or occupational therapy.

We are now accepting early sign-ups for evaluations beginning October 1st, 2025. we encourage families to join the early access list to reserve an appointment.
